Carrot cake in new (ttig) vintage!

Carrot Mousse (Serves 4):
3 carrots
9 dates
2 tsp cinnamon
2 ½ tbsp coconut oil
½ teaspoon vanilla powder
Mix carrots and dates to a paste in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Keep in the fridge until serving. Top with frosting!
Frosting:
Philadelphia cheese (which fat whatsoever)
agave syrup 
Grated lime peel 
little vanilla powder
