The web Platelets

Useful, cute, easy to prepare with few ingredients. Perfect breakfast or snack. 

You need: 
2 bananas
1 egg
1 milliliter cinnamon 
butter for frying
 
Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add eggs and cinnamon and mix to a (reasonably) smooth. Fry golden brown in butter. I made them pancakes because they would be easier to turn.
Serve with blueberry and cottage cheese , perfect for those sweet platelets!
