Cinnamon Tofu to blomkålsris

An improvised version of a Vietnamese law as interpreted by the Buddhist monks. The mixture of red chilli, black pepper and cinnamon are cruel. I do not have the exact recipe for it yet, but figured I would post it anyway, as culinary inspiration!

You need (for 2-3 people):
A pack of plain tofu (infryst and thawed)
1 yellow onion
½ red chilli  (keep the seeds for heat)
1 small garlic clove 
oil for frying
Soy sauce
Any little balsamic vinegar 
Black pepper 
Ev water
The tofu be frozen and thawed for the best texture and absorb more flavor. Press out as much of the water you can and slice into thin slices. Slice onion, garlic and chilli. Fry in oil to the tofu had a good browning. Pour in soy sauce (gives a little “meatier” flavor) and plenty of ground cinnamon. Season generously with black pepper and a little balsamic vinegar. To get more broth so you can pour in a little water. Taste of properly.
I like to serve this to blomkålsris . Tear desired amount cauliflower and scald in boiling water for about 30 seconds. Drain in a colander and season with salt before serving.
