Rawnies and pear cream

These brownies Raw food was almost too good to be beneficial. Pears and cashewgrädden happened by coincidence and raspberries to the icing on the cake, so if you do not have the ambition to make the whole thing you have to at least try the brownie area. Easier to do and certainly tastier than the usual.

Rawnies
2 cup almonds
7-8 pieces pitted dates 
2 tbsp coconut oil
½ teaspoon vanilla powder 
3 tablespoons cocoa 
A pinch of sea salt 
coconut flakes for garnish
Mix the almonds in the food processor for a while. Add remaining ingredients (not coconut flakes) and mix into a sticky batter. Press into a mold and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Set in the freezer for a while to get firmer texture.
Pears and cashewgrädde (very approximate dimensions)
1-2 soft pears
1 ½ cups cashews
½ teaspoon vanilla powder
Mix cashew nuts for a while before adding the pears and vanilla. Mix to a creamy consistency and serve with raspberries!
