Do you love rhubarb cream but, as I have, no desire to slam you decilitervis with sugar?
Here’s a (Raw food) recipe without sugar but still the perfect rhubarb cream flavor. The kit can be doubled or tripled or infinite, but to get as much as in the picture to the left you will need: ½ cup cashews (I happened to use salted but could makes good) 2 cups sliced rhubarb 3 pieces pitted dates (if you want it even more sweeter, just keep in more) ½ teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon vanilla powder Water for desired consistency. Blend until the nuts to a fine powder in a food processor. Discard the remaining ingredients and blend to a go cream.
