Vietnamese äggkaffe

It sounds really disgusting, I know, but anyone who has tried it with regret their skeptical faces.

For a cup you will need: About 1 cup relatively strong coffee 1 egg yolk 2 teaspoons sweet condensed milk

Brew the coffee. Whisk the egg yolk with the condensed milk until it becomes thick and fluffy (the yolk should be able to float on top kafffet). Unless you’re as stubborn as me, I advise you from doing it by hand …
Pour the coffee into a coffee glass, turn over the yolk and serve.
Even I, who can not tolerate caffeine, have a hard time keeping me away from this.
