Quorn and cottage cheese lasagna

I have received many compliments for this lasagna. It is also a clear personal favorite. So either you come to my home or try to do it yourself.

You need:
150 grams quornfärs 
1 , 5 yellow onions 
1 clove garlic 
½ tube of tomato puree
1 can chopped tomatoes 
1 ½ tbsp vegetable broth 
1.5 cups water (depending on the sauce thickness)
2 tablespoons paprika 
1 ½ tablespoons dried oregano Salt (preferably herbal salt) and  pepper
6 lasagna noodles (preferably spinach) 500 grams of cottage cheese 75 g grated cheese(think Hushållsost works really good)
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Chop the onion and fry in a pan. Mix in Quorn, tomato paste and spices. Mix and fry a little more. Pour in crushed tomatoes, broth and a splash of water.Simmer about 15 minutes. Pour in a little more water if the sauce becomes too thick or dry.Taste the sauce so you think it’s enough salt and pepper.
Grease a mold and cover the bottom with 1/3 of the sauce and 1/3 of the cottage cheese on top of it. Cover with lasagne sheets. Repeat. Top layer of mince and cottage cheese covered with cheese. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with salad!
