Some thoughts on chia seeds

Chia seeds are  rich in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and fiber. They form a gel around themselves when they come in contact with liquid so that they: 1. makes you feel full longer (try to sprinkle a little on breakfast file) 2. binds very well and works great to use in cooking and baking as äggsubstitut!

Chiafrö gel. 1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp water works as one egg.
You can find chia seeds in most health food stores!
