Overnight oats or “overnight porridge” is a breakfast you make with minimal effort the night before and are ready to be eaten the next day. The foundation is oatmeal that may be and revel in the fluid (eg milk of their choice or yogurt) preferably with chia seeds and finally fruit/berries/spices that flavor.
I’m still a noob but these I have managed to throw together successfully:

Banana – and chocolate pudding with Cinnamon:

You will need: 
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup milk (regular, vegan, extra bold , vadduvill)
1 ripe banana
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tablespoon honey (optional)
1-2 milliliter cinnamon
1 milliliter vanilla powder (not vanilla !)

Mix all dry ingredients, mash the banana and add the last liquid. Stir and place in the fridge with a lid.

Carrot cake and yogurt:

You will need: 
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup yogurt  (I probably prefer a natural mild yogurt because I do not like it when it’s too tart. Milk works certainly great, too.)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 small (or half regular) carrot
½ teaspoon cinnamon
A little more than some ground cardamom
1 milliliter ground ginger
A pinch of vanilla powder
1 tablespoon honey
Grated coconut for garnish

Stir together, sprinkle with a little coconut, with lid and into the fridge overnight.
