Squash Spaghetti

You will need:

Two pieces will be good enough for three people (or two hungry).

Scale of long thin strips, that you reach the core house. Keep the skin for a little more color and chewiness. (Core houses can dice, sprinkle with a little salt and store in the fridge for another time. Yummy to fry in butter with a little pepper!)

Finely chop one or two cloves of garlic and fry in butter. Add your squash and cook a few minutes until soft.

Serve the creamed spinach and grated cheese a little stronger variety (eg cheddar, count or mansion).
