You will need:
Sprinkle a plate with cinnamon. Melt the chocolate and dip / roll the almonds.
Transfer them to the plate with cinnamon (I usually use a pair of pliers).
Sprinkle now have an additional little cinnamon. Set in the fridge so the chocolate hardens.Loosen gently (or forcibly) and voila! Tip: if you’re frugal (or is raised by a Smålander), you can collect the cinnamon that was left over and pour back into the jar.
