Spaghetti and meat sauce

Creamy quornfärs(vegetarian meat):

1 yellow onion
1 clove garlic
300g quornfärs
300g chopped tomatoes
1.5 tbsp tomato puree
Cooking cream/crème fraiche(vegan cream works great) and/or Turkish yogurt to taste, recommend 1-2 cups. Finally chop the onion and garlic. Fry in butter or oil. Mix in quornfärsen and let it be cooked through. Add chopped tomatoes(and a splash of water if it looks too dry out). Allow to cook for a minute and then add the cream/yogurt/vadfanduvill. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes and season with spices. Cabbage Spaghetti : Cut desired amount of cabbage into long strips. Fry in butter over low heat.Season with salt(preferably herbal salt) and a little pepper, add 1-2 tablespoons of water. Put on a lid and let cook for about 10 minutes. They should not be completely smooth!
