I like to have a stock of various smoothies in the fridge and to test new flavors and colors every time.
Light Green: Spinach, passion fruit, lime, banana and cream cheese.
Green: Clementine, soft pears, spinach and cream cheese.
Pink: blueberries, raspberries, banana, crushed flaxseed and cottage cheese.
I use cottage cheese (instead of milk or plain yogurt) as it contains a lot of protein.
Another tip to get in extra protein is raw egg. Try banana, raspberry and an egg . One does not know the taste of the egg at all .
