Who could have imagined that the biggest carnivorous sweet tooth, my brother would ask me for recipes . I promised to post this recipe on my energy bars, even though the truth is I do not have any definite measure of it. The measurements will then be approximate, so trust your gut more than me.
You will need: 10 fresh dates 1 cup rolled oats 2-3 tbsp grated coconut (2 tablespoons of cake and 1 tbsp to Broda form) 1.5 tsp cocoa 1 tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in 3 tablespoons water (works safely with an egg, or no at all if you mash the dates around enough) 5-6 boxes 70% chocolate (fear not, you can not take too much chocolate)
Chopped nuts of your choice, usually take almonds
All ingredients should be mixed in a bowl. Seed the dates and divide them into smaller pieces.
Submit chia seeds soaked in individual containers and let them lie a few minutes.
Add undert time rolled oats, coconut and cocoa. Pour chiafrögojset and mix well (for a smooth texture blend in food processor). Add the nuts.
Currently there are two options for what you can do with chocolate:
You can either chop it and pour directly into the mixture. Or you can wait and digest it and bre over the cake when it is ready.
Grease a small form and Broda with coconut. Pour in the mixture and place in oven at 175-200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
, if you prefer it (ie lazy), you can skip the cooking.
Allow the cake to cool, set in the fridge for a while so the chocolate hardens and then share with the knife! Double (or triple?) kit if you want to fill a larger shape
