Carbohydrate-saving platelets on coconut flour.

You will need:
2 eggs (or 2 tbsp chia seeds + 6 tbsp water for vegans)
1 , 5 cups milk (can be replaced with cream for carb: ers and almond milk for vegans)
0.5 cups coconut flour
1 tsp Fiberhusk
0.5 tsp baking powder
and a pinch of salt

Bake in a buttered not to high heat. Serve with banavochocopuddingen and fruit/berries of your choice.
Given the coconut flour in the platelets taste a bit “drier” than regular pancakes. I interfered in any case not, then you have reason to bre more topping.
